Nail Ring with Diamond

£475.00

This architectural nail ring is cast in 925/000 recycled silver from an old floorboard nail using a traditional method called cuttlefish casting.

Adorning the simplistic ring and giving it a bit of sparkle is a 2mm brilliant cut white diamond set in 18ct yellow gold.

The ring carries the Edinburgh Assay Office hallmark and my maker’s mark.

The ring in the photograph is a size N (UK) (US 7, EU 54), but can be made to order in any size.

For items made to order please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you would like your ring sooner or for a special occasion, please get in touch and I can hopefully make this happen.

Please note, each ring is cast and hand finished in my workshop. Due to the technique used the pattern and texture of each ring are unique and will vary from the photograph.

The items will be packaged in a eco friendly box.

Price includes UK postage by Royal Mail (Special Delivery). Please contact me for international postage charges before buying online.

Cuttlefish casting is an ancient technique that utilises the soft porous material of the cuttlebone to create a mould. The result is a one-off-a-kind piece of jewellery with the beautifully rich and organic surface texture of the cuttlebone imprinted on its surface.
