Orders

Unless a piece is in stock it will be hand made to order. Any items in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. Made to order pieces usually take anywhere from a couple of days to around six weeks.

Payment Terms

All prices shown are guide prices for stock items and may vary depending on size, weight and stone preference if made to order.

All jewellery remains property of Simone Nolden until paid for in full.
Card payments are processed securely through PayPal and card information is not stored.

I also accept cheque payments and online bank transfers.

Please contact me if you would like to pay by either of these methods.

Cancellation

Should you require to cancel an order please notify Simone via email within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Delivery

All UK deliveries are free using an insured signed for next day delivery service.

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world may take longer depending on destination and shipping charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for payment of any duties and import costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Jewellery that has been ordered online can be returned for credit or an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unworn and not marked in any way. 

Please not that we cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders. 

If returning items, please use a tracked delivery service and obtain a proof of postage from the post office. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Simone Nolden Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any parcels damaged or lost in transit.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders require at least a 50% deposit before work is started.
The balance must be paid in full before the item can be shipped.

Please not that I cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders. 

Sizing

When ordering a ring online, please ensure to provide the correct ring size.
It might be an idea to have your ring size measured at a local jewellers before ordering.

If you are unsure about a ring size, please contact Simone for help.

Simone will happily resize a ring once free of charge.
Any further resizing will incur a charge per ring.

Repairs

Repairs will be judged on a case by case basis.

One of a Kind

All of Simone’s jewellery is handmade in her Edinburgh workshop. Due to the nature of hand fabrication, there might be slight variations in each piece .

Precious Metals

Simone’s jewellery is hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office in accordance with UK hallmarking laws.

Where possible, all pieces are made using recycled silver and Fairtrade gold.
